Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Quality Control Coordinator to join the Ulbrich Europe Metals team located in Remscheid, Germany. Ulbrich Europe Metals is a dedicated metal service center specializing in high-performance nickel alloys, stainless steels, and special metals, serving manufacturers across Europe.

The Quality Control Coordinator will serve as the Quality representative, monitor company performance against objectives, ensure adherence to Quality policies, investigate data, and recommend process improvements within the Quality Management System (QMS).

Responsibilities Include:
  • Coordinate Management Review proceedings and monitor action items;
  • Assist with monitoring and communicating divisional goals & objectives;
  • Facilitate corrective action requests according to Quality System requirements;
  • Maintain claim and Quality Control files, providing status updates in weekly meetings;
  • Investigate and resolve customer claims/complaints;
  • Review and approve Quality documentation as a designated Quality Department representative;
  • Coordinate and perform internal audits per ISO-9001 and AS-9100 standards;
  • Act as liaison for customer communication regarding quality issues;
  • Maintain calibration schedules and equipment records;
  • Resolve quality concerns related to materials and documentation;
  • Maintain all QMS documentation and industry specifications library.
Qualifications:
  • Associate’s degree preferred, with at least 2 years’ experience in a related Quality system;
  • Strong administrative, communication, and collaboration skills;
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail;
  • Customer service experience is a plus;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and data management;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to maintain confidentiality;
  • Bilingual in German and English required;
  • Regular attendance is essential.
