Position Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Quality Control / Assurance Specialist to ensure high standards in the production of jigs and tools, with a strong focus on process quality, compliance, and continuous improvement. This role is critical in maintaining product integrity and meeting industry regulations, especially within welding and sheet metal environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform rigorous quality inspections on jigs and tools throughout the production process
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9100 standards and support ongoing quality audits
• Monitor and improve process quality, including documentation and corrective actions
• Evaluate supplier performance and support sourcing quality checks
• Enforce health and safety regulations on the shop floor
• Maintain and improve quality documentation and audit trails
• Collaborate closely with the shop floor team to uphold best practices in manufacturing
• Apply a solid understanding of welding technologies and sheet metal fabrication

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong background in quality assurance/control in a mechanical or manufacturing setting
• Hands-on experience with jigs and tools, including shop floor exposure
• Familiarity with ISO 9100 standards and audit processes
• Knowledge of welding techniques and sheet metal work
• Proficiency in German and English (French is a plus)
