Qualifikationen

• Über 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement und Prozessverbesserung.

We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and are looking for a motivated employee for the position of "Quality Conformance Manager" (m/f/d).

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the conformity of products/services with quality requirements and support on-time and on-cost delivery by delivering right first time to increase customer loyalty.
2. Lead and drive the resolution of complex quality issues and continuous improvement projects or initiatives by setting measurement standards and facilitating improvements.
3. Monitor process performance and product adherence to standards.
4. Ensure reliability and repeatability of processes, from initial design phase through the entire product lifecycle.
5. Manage quality processes, performance, and transformation of Airbus / Satair materials management services, including process definition, adherence, improvement, and digitization.
6. Lead the local process footprint while contributing to global initiatives, working closely with local operations teams (quality, warehouse, customer troubleshooting).
7. Serve as the focal point of ASOQX in various MFTs.

Your profile:

1. Completed studies in aerospace or a comparable qualification.
2. More than three years of professional experience in Quality Management, Process Improvement, and Quality Assurance.
3. Good knowledge of lean and process management.
4. Basic knowledge of change management and KAIZEN.
5. Proficiency in SAP and Google Workspace.
6. Knowledge of Skywise IT Development and coding.
