Your prospective job:

For Airbus Operations in Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel, you will act as a Quality Conformance Manager (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities:

• Ensure product/service conformity with quality requirements, supporting on-time and on-cost delivery by delivering right first time to increase customer loyalty
• Lead and resolve complex quality issues and continuous improvement projects by setting measurement standards and facilitating improvements
• Ensure process performance and product adherence to standards
• Maintain reliability and repeatability of processes from initial design through product lifecycle
• Manage quality processes, performance, and transformation of Airbus/Satair materials management services
• Lead local process footprint in collaboration with local operations teams
• Serve as focal point for ASOQX in various MFTs

Your profile:

• Degree in aerospace, technical studies, or comparable
• Experience in process improvement, quality management, and assurance
• Logistics experience is advantageous
• Proficiency in SAP, lean management, process management, Change Management, KAIZEN, Google Workspace, Skywise, and IT development/coding
• Fluent in English, spoken and written
