Qualifikationen

• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Engineering oder Qualitätsmanagement.
• Gute Kenntnisse in Change und Project Management.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP und Skywise.

Jobbeschreibung

We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations, and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position of "Quality Conformance Manager" (m/f/d).

Responsibilities:

1. Contribute to the VSM (Value Stream Management) performance governance with a focus on NC (Non-Conformities) eradication.
2. Monitor and analyze cross-FAL NC trends and drivers.
3. Propose, initiate, and manage a portfolio of NC topics with a cross-FAL perspective.
4. Participate in the Outerskin project governance following LBIP (Lifecycle for Business Improvement Projects) principles.
5. Secure improved fuselage outerskin defect identification through optimized inspection planning.
6. Contribute to better defect documentation throughout the industrial build process via defect criteria definition, awareness, and relevant tool deployment.
7. Monitor and analyze cross-FAL outerskin defect trends/drivers (weekly and monthly). Address, initiate, and drive action plans related to outerskin defects in a cross-FAL perspective.
8. Contribute to the standardization strategy and governance related to quality processes (Control Plan, Operational Surveillance, Practical Problem Solving).

Your Profile:

1. Completed studies in aircraft construction, engineering, aerospace, mechanical engineering, or a comparable qualification.
2. More than three years of professional experience in engineering, manufacturing engineering, quality management, and process improvement.
3. Good knowledge of Change Management and Project Management.
4. Proficiency in SAP and Skywise.
5. Knowledge of Google Workspace.
6. Fluent in German and English.
