Qualifikationen

Job Description:

For our client in the aerospace industry, we are looking for motivated candidates for the location Hamburg-Finkenwerder, Germany for the following position with immediate effect and within the framework of temporary employment:

Your responsibilities:

1. Responsible for complex quality issues and continuous improvement projects
2. Process performance and product adherence to standards
3. Maintain a set of quality reporting indicators, including on product quality, corrective action management, and customer satisfaction
4. Define/update quality standards/processes
5. Set up an efficient Corrective Action Management system
6. Coordinate the resolution of customer Quality issues and provide feedback to avoid future reoccurrence
7. Report Quality Performance Indicators to define the Inspection Planning

Personal requirements:

1. High-tuned communication, presentation & influencing skills towards all management levels - internally and externally
2. Ability to summarize complex industrial situations in a clear and concise manner
3. Autonomous, pro-active spirit, pragmatic mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Qualification, Professional Experiences, IT and Language Skills:

1. At least Aeronautical, Industrial Engineering or other comparable Bachelor degree
2. At least above 2 years work experience in Aviation / Quality Assurance
3. DFMEA knowledge is advantageous
4. German and English at least fluent
5. Google Workspace & Skywise knowledge are advantageous
