Job summary

GLOVIS Europe GmbH in Eschborn, Germany, seeks a Quality & Claims Operator (m/f/d) to support the Finished Vehicle Logistics team. The role focuses on maintaining quality standards, handling claims related to transport and vehicle movements, and working closely with transport partners.

You will analyse incidents, perform audits, and coordinate with customers, carriers, and service providers to drive corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Quality Management or a comparable role.
• Experience in logistics, ideally within the automotive industry / Finished Vehicle Logistics (FVL).
• Experience with audits, incident investigations, claims and root-cause analysis.
• Experience defining and following up on corrective actions and countermeasures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with confident stakeholder management.
• Structured, independent and detail-oriented working style.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain quality standards, processes and procedures.
• Manage and investigate damages and claims related to transport, handling, yard operations and vehicle movements.
• Analyse incidents, identify root causes and define corrective actions and countermeasures.
• Conduct audits of trucks, drivers, compounds and logistics service providers.
• Monitor quality and logistics KPIs, identify deviations and follow up on corrective actions.
• Coordinate with customers, carriers, LSPs and other business partners regarding quality issues and claims.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements in logistics and quality processes.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation, reports, statistics and KPI analyses.
• Review and support contracts and requirements relating to quality and claims.

To support our endeavors, we are looking for a Quality & Claims Operator (m/f/d) to join our Finished Vehicle Logistics department in Eschborn, 65760. This is a dynamic, hands-on role centered around supporting the team and delivering great experiences — both behind the scenes and in direct interactions with transport partners. According to your qualifications and experience, you may be hired at either a Specialist or Junior Specialist position.

Your profile
