David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading BPO company that is looking to recruit a Swahili-speaking Quality Auditor to join their team in Essen.

Role : Quality Auditor

Location : Essen, Germany

Work model : on-site

Employment type : full-time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Perform regular quality audits to evaluate workflows and identify areas for improvement in quality assurance practices.
  • Recommend strategies to enhance overall quality and compliance across projects.
  • Support team leads in analyzing root causes of performance dips at both individual and project levels, and escalate real-time issues when necessary.
  • Conduct ongoing performance assessments to identify trends and implement targeted improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with training teams to design and deliver training programs based on identified knowledge or performance gaps.
  • Liaise with client stakeholders for clarification on project requirements or guidelines and share relevant updates with internal teams.
  • Foster knowledge sharing and consistency by communicating best practices across teams and projects.
  • Exhibit professionalism and confidence in all interactions, with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Native or fluent in Swahili (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as English fluency (B2 level).
  • Interest or familiarity with artificial intelligence concepts and technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Structured and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Effective communication skills, including the ability to engage with team members, leadership, and clients.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to comprehend and apply complex guidelines with consistency and accuracy.
  • Strong collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
  • Experience using quality assurance tools such as checklists, questionnaires, and root cause analysis (RCA) frameworks.
  • Ability to prioritize issues based on their impact on quality, performance, and compliance.
  • Experience in data analysis to inform decisions and drive improvements.
