Your Tasks as a Quality Assurance Representative Product Delivery (m/w/d):

• First level contact of escalation for the suppliers, Parent Companies (PCs) and EAL
• Follow-up and support investigations related to quality topics, Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Quality Escape Reports (QERs) and track the status of remedial and containment actions
• Follow-up the root cause analysis and corrective actions committed by suppliers, EAL and FAL to ensure engine delivery
• Run the concession process with all stakeholders and provide meaningful and comprehensive KPIs
• Compile and review the Quality Metrics and KPIs of the Quality processes and suppliers, Parent Companies (PCs), EAL and/or FAL performances
• Contribute to the identification of risks and propose and coordinate mitigation actions
• Support Quality, POA (Production Organization Approval) and/or MOA (Maintenance Organization Approval) audits to ensure process adherence at all levels and address critical areas
• Ensure compliance to the QMS within the given work scope and work proactively on improvements for the QMS
• Report functionally to the Supply Chain Manager and if requested to the Head of Product Delivery

Your Skills as a Quality Assurance Representative Product Delivery (m/w/d):

• Quality Engineer with aerospace background and good knowledge in engine production
• Work experience in supplier management, monitoring and surveillance
• Experience in quality methods for investigations (8D, 5-Why, etc.)
• Knowledge in Aerospace regulations and standards EASA Part 21/ EN9100
• Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Flexible regarding working and service times
• Flexible in terms of travelling and working at different locations
• Team player able to work in a multi-cultural environment
• Good English level written and spoken is mandatory
