The Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QAQC) Specialist is responsible for executing projects aligned with the AG Integrated Management Systems (AIMS), policies, and standards to support effective quality activities that meet industry standards, company, and project requirements. The role involves implementing preventive measures and corrective actions for non-conforming activities, with experience in ISO 9001 and ISO 27100 standards.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or preferably a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline.
• Relevant QA qualifications.
• 3-5 years of industry-related experience, including 1-3 years in the security & defense industry.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and 27100 compliance and implementation.
• Excellent report writing and communication skills.
• Leadership qualities and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to accept responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of project strategies by planning, governing, and managing projects throughout their lifecycle in compliance with contract requirements, including QAQC and HSE.
• Create and implement QA/QC tracking systems, KPIs, policies, plans, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with standards and good practices at the portfolio level.
• Develop, implement, and monitor the PMO Quality Plan.
• Communicate the Quality Plan and its objectives to staff, consultants, and contractors.
• Assist consultants and contractors in implementing Quality plans and monitor their performance.
• Develop and execute audit schedules, including unannounced visits.
• Coordinate quality and safety reviews across the organization.
• Generate statistical reports on Quality performance.
• Identify lessons learned during the program lifecycle and communicate them.
• Manage the program's quality control testing services.
• Coordinate and oversee third-party audits as required.
