Qualifikationen

• Expérience en assurance qualité, de préférence en développement logiciel.
• Connaissance des normes comme ISO et Automotive SPICE.

We are looking for YOU as a Quality Assurance Engineer (m/f/d) for our location in Berlin.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop quality processes compliant with automotive standards and user-friendly
• Create non-conformities following quality audits and track them until closure
• Implement quality processes and assist the team in applying them
• Monitor compliance with processes and quality of work products in our projects
• Coordinate quality meetings using standard methods
• Prepare quality assurance project status reports
• Perform process audits and assessments

Your profile:

• Successfully completed a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in software development
• Experience with product/software release processes and documentation for customer deliveries
• Experience with Product Development Processes is a plus
• Strong process orientation and familiarity with standards (e.g., ISO, Automotive SPICE)
• High quality awareness and independent working methods within an agile team
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, and ability to work productively in a team
• Fluent in English; German language skills are advantageous
