We are one of the world's largest and leading logistics providers, operating at our Hodenhagen warehouse location. We manage global spare parts logistics for a renowned partner in the wind power industry. As a Quality & HSE Manager (m/w/d), you will serve as the link between national departments, the site, and external stakeholders. Your strong affinity for metrics & data will enable you to oversee and improve site-specific quality management and develop the logistics center in health & safety and sustainability areas. Contribute actively to the long-term development of this relatively new site. We look forward to your application!

1. Ensure the sustainability of quality management at the site in compliance with relevant standards.
2. Prepare, accompany, and follow up on internal and external quality audits.
3. Conduct employee training on relevant Quality & Compliance topics.
4. Report irregularities such as disruptions and quality deficiencies within your scope.
5. Support and coordinate the analysis of deviations, complaints, and damages with operational management and, if necessary, the customer.
6. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations related to occupational health & safety, fire protection, environmental protection, and security.
7. Possess a completed commercial apprenticeship with further qualification, a university degree, or equivalent.
8. Knowledge of quality management methods and tools is desirable.
9. Initial experience in the logistics environment of contract logistics is desirable.
10. Experience with quality management systems and relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
11. Knowledge in deviation management.
12. Proficient communication skills in German and English, both spoken and written.
13. Experience in control, assessment, or audit situations.
14. Ability to work independently with high personal responsibility.
