Vivid Resourcing in Bavaria seeks an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead quality across a Hydrogen project lifecycle on a 12-month freelance contract.

You will implement the Project Quality Management System, manage inspections and audits, and coordinate with contractors and client representatives to ensure compliance with standards and project specs during construction and commissioning.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a QA/QC Manager on large-scale industrial, energy, EPC, hydrogen, petrochemical, oil & gas, or renewable energy projects.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and international standards.
• Experience managing contractor quality performance on complex construction projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Bavaria.
• German language skills are advantageous but not essential.

We are currently seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to join a Hydrogen Project in Bavaria, Germany on a 12-month freelance contract.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of a flagship energy transition project, ensuring the highest standards of quality are maintained throughout the construction and commissioning phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all QA/QC activities across the project lifecycle
