Channels Applications

As a Lead Engineer, you will work on enhancing a global payment platform with React micro frontends, Java micro-services, Kafka, and various datastores. You will collaborate with teams across regions, focusing on agile development and automation, to enable real-time payments and account access for Deutsche Bank's clients.

Your key responsibilities

• Partner with UI/UX, Architects, Analysts, and Stakeholders to understand requirements and develop test artifacts.
• Define test strategies considering best practices.
• Monitor and control testing risks through reviews and tollgates.
• Review team work for code quality, reusability, and appropriateness.
• Manage the SDLC, support production issues, and ensure smooth deployment.

Your skills and experiences

• Experience developing/testing Java microservices, preferably with Spring Boot, in cloud environments like Google Cloud.
• Proficiency with testing frameworks such as Selenium, Karate, Cucumber.
• Backend testing with databases and APIs (SoapUI, Postman), UI testing for React.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
• Automation with TDD/BDD using Cucumber.
• Data analysis skills with Splunk/SQL.
• Understanding of SDLC and production support.
