QA Technician (m/f/d)

SHW Werkzeugmaschinen GmbH is one of the world's leading manufacturers of moving column machines and machining centers for the machining of large parts.

For our location in Aalen Wasseralfingen, we are looking for a committed and open-minded employee for our quality assurance department as soon as possible, either full-time (40 hours) or part-time.

Aufgaben

1. Planning, preparing and carrying out machine acceptance tests at the factory and at the customer's site
2. Carrying out milling tests as well as straightness and flatness measurements
3. Checking the machine accessories for function and completeness
4. Complaint processing, error analysis and troubleshooting

Profil

1. You have successfully completed technical vocational training (e.g. as an industrial mechanic or cutting machine operator) with further training as a technician, professional experience in the above-mentioned field, preferably in mechanical engineering, or an equivalent qualification
2. Additional qualifications or experience in quality management an advantage
3. Knowledge of quality standards and their guidelines as well as Siemens and Heidenhain controls
4. Sound knowledge in dealing with common EDP, measuring programs, evaluation software and MS Office
5. Very good technical understanding and ability to think abstractly
