Vaillant GmbH in Remscheid is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to develop and implement a comprehensive quality and testing strategy for our Digital Solutions Platform and its products.

You will work with multiple product teams to establish standard QA processes, cover frontend, integration, CRM backends, and drive automated testing, defect management, and risk mitigation across the software lifecycle. The role supports hybrid work and ongoing digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Successfully completed a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or comparable qualification.
• Certifications such as ISTQB are considered an advantage.
• Experience in test management, quality assurance, or ensuring the quality of digital products.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy for the Digital Solutions Platform and its products.
• Establish standardized QA processes and ensure end-to-end quality across frontend, integration, Salesforce, SAP, and other back-end solutions.
• Plan and coordinate comprehensive test cycles throughout the development lifecycle with QA Engineers, developers, IT colleagues, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure testing activities including SIT and UAT are efficient, with automation and high quality.

• Working closely with multiple product teams, you will establish standardized QA processes and ensure end-to-end quality assurance across frontend, integration, Salesforce, SAP, and other backend solutions
• Through close collaboration with QA Engineers, developers, IT colleagues, and business stakeholders, you will plan and coordinate comprehensive test cycles throughout the entire development lifecycle
• Your expertise will ensure that testing activities, ranging from System Integration Testing (SIT) to User Acceptance Testing (UAT), are carried out efficiently, with a high degree of automation and quality
• You will establish effective defect management practices, prioritize quality risks together with the teams, and consistently drive sustainable solutions forward
• As part of an experienced technology environment, you will help shape modern quality standards and make a significant contribution to the success of our digital transformation

• Qualification: You have successfully completed a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification; certifications such as ISTQB are considered an advantage
• Experience: You have experience in test management, quality assurance, or ensuring the quality of digital products
• Knowledge and Skills: You possess a solid understanding of the entire software testing lifecycle, including unit, API, integration, contract, and user acceptance testing. In addition, you have hands‑on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress, as well as tools such as Jira XRAY
• Nice to Have: Experience in performance testing of enterprise applications, as well as exposure to Salesforce, SAP, or highly integrated platform environments, is a plus
• Personality: You stand out through your analytical mindset, strong quality focus, ability to deliver results, and talent for aligning diverse stakeholders around shared quality objectives.
• Language Skills: You communicate confidently and effectively in both English and German
