As a QA Engineer youll champion product quality at every step both by designing automated tests and conducting rigorous daily manual testing to keep us at the forefront of AIpowered productivity.

Tasks

App Quality Leadership :

Own the endtoend quality assurance process for our web applications extensions and AIpowered features. Youll be the expert who ensures every release maintains our high bar for quality reliability and user experience.

Test Authoring & Automation :

Design write and maintain comprehensive test plans cases and scripts (manual & automated) for new and existing features. Champion the creation of robust automated test suites working closely with developers to ensure critical paths are always covered.

Manual Testing Excellence :

Independently perform thorough manual testing on our apps and key user flowsevery single day. Youll explore edge cases provide actionable bug reports and guard against regressions that could break trust with our users.

Identify investigate and document defects with clear steps to reproduce. Partner with engineers to communicate bugs and their business impact ensuring fast turnaround and continual improvement. Youll make it your mission to spot what others miss.

Continuous Process Improvement :

Continuously optimize our QA processwhether its introducing smarter tooling improving coverage or advocating for usability best practices. We move fast and so should our QA : youll experiment and iterate on new testing approaches to keep pace with rapid product development.

CrossFunctional Collaboration :

Work handinhand with product managers designers and engineers from feature inception to releaseclarifying requirements reviewing designs for testability and ensuring we build with quality in mind from day one.

Advocate for the User :

Be our last line of defense for user experience. Raise the standard for UI / UX accessibility and performance by championing empathy for how real users interact with our products.

Requirements

Technical Skills & Experience :

• Proven Experience : 3 years in software QA / QE roles with handson experience in both manual and automated testing of modern web applications. Youve shipped and maintained test suites in fastpaced environments ideally with complex userfacing products.
• Manual Testing Mastery : Outstanding attention to detail and curiosity. Youre methodical love exploring what if scenarios and never shy away from retesting until every edge case is handled.
• Bug Reporting & Reproduction : Crafted clear actionable bug reports and triaged issues effectively as part of daily workflow. Bonus : Youve worked with bugtracking / project management tools (like Jira Linear Asana or similar).
• UI / UX Sensibility : Strong sense for design quality usability and accessibility. You notice when something feels off and take initiative to get it right for the enduser.
• CI / CD & Tooling : Experience working with modern development workflows (Git CI / CD test runners build / deploy pipelines). You understand how QA fits into a modern product engineering process.
• AI Enthusiasm (Bonus) : Curious about leveraging AI tools (e.g. for test generation bug detection regression monitoring). Youre excited by rapid innovation and eager to try new approaches.
