Qualifications and Skills

We seek talented professionals with several years of experience in software development within a team, familiar with Agile methodologies and robust software architecture. A degree in Mathematics, Science, Computing, Engineering, or equivalent is valued but not essential if your portfolio demonstrates practical knowledge.

• Experience in creating, deploying, and maintaining software products.
• Growth mindset, willingness to learn, and passion for sharing knowledge.
• Fluent in English; German skills are a plus.
• Proficiency in Python, Flask, REST APIs, CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps), version control, static code analysis, and unit testing frameworks.
• Bonus: experience with .NET, ElasticSearch, SQL, pandas, time series analysis, and forecasting; strong debugging skills; Agile mindset; Scrum Master experience is a plus.
