Your Role

• Implement, customize, and further develop solutions around OTRS to fit business and client requirements.
• Extend OTRS functionality using Python and Perl.
• Manage and optimize databases (MySQL and / or Oracle SQL).
• Ensure smooth operation within Linux environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and translate them into effective OTRS configurations.

Your Profile (Must-Haves)

• Proven experience with OTRS (implementation / customization).
• Strong knowledge of Perl and Python (scripting & development).
• Experience with MySQL.
• Familiarity with Linux environments.
• Process-oriented thinking and problem-solving skills.
