Qualifications

• 9+ лет опыта бэкенд-разработки.
• Свободное владение Python.
• Опыт работы с PostgreSQL, Snowflake, MongoDB, S3.
• Знание ER-моделирования и принципов системного дизайна.
• Интерес к AI‑assisted разработке и современным инструментам.
• Опыт создания и развёртывания REST API.
• Хорошая дисциплина Git, работа с PR и код-ревью.
• Опыт Agile/Jira и наблюдаемости (Datadog/Komodor).
• Знание безопасной разработки и умение документировать решения.

Responsibilities

• Разрабатывать и поддерживать RESTful API на Python (FastAPI, Django, Tornado).
• Строить и поддерживать пайплайны данных и бекенд-сервисы для аналитических задач.
• Проектировать схемы БД в реляционных и NoSQL хранилищах.
• Работать с данными в Snowflake, Postgres, S3, MongoDB.

• Участвовать в архитектурных решениях по масштабируемости, надёжности и безопасности.

Findev's Client Solutions & Analytics engineering team develops proprietary quantitative platforms for portfolio construction and optimization, retirement solutions, capital market assumptions, multi-asset risk analytics, and institutional client intelligence. These systems translate complex investment models into scalable production tools used by portfolio managers, financial advisors, and institutional clients worldwide.

• Design and implement RESTful APIs using Python frameworks (FastAPI, Django, Tornado)
• Build and maintain data pipelines and backend services for analytics workloads
• Design and optimize database schemas across relational, NoSQL, and cloud data stores
• Work with structured and unstructured data across Snowflake, Postgres, S3, and MongoDB
• Collaborate closely with quantitative researchers, frontend engineers, and business stakeholders
• Contribute to system design and architecture decisions covering scalability, reliability, and security
• Monitor and troubleshoot production systems using observability tooling

Требования:

• 9+ Years of backend development experience
• Strong Python proficiency as the team's primary language
• Solid hands-on experience with Postgres, Snowflake, MongoDB, and S3
• Strong grasp of data modeling (ER design) and system design principles
• Interest in AI-assisted development and modern developer tooling
• Experience building and shipping production-grade REST APIs
• Strong Git discipline, including branching, pull requests, and code review
• Experience with Agile/Jira
• Knowledge of observability tooling such as Datadog, Komodor, or similar
• Understanding of secure software design
• Ability to produce clear technical documentation
• Nice to have: Experience with NumPy, Pandas, or other data/analytics libraries, cloud-native development experience (AWS or similar), familiarity with asynchronous processing or distributed systems, background working with financial or analytical datasets, finance domain knowledge.
