Your Responsibilities:

Lead, Coordinate, and Elevate Cabin Operations. As Purser, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring every flight reflects DC Aviation's commitment to perfection. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting international flights in the premium business aviation sector—performing all associated duties with precision and professionalism.
  • Ensuring high safety standards on board our Airbus fleet—safety is never compromised.
  • Providing our exclusive guests with the highest level of care and attention—delivering a personalized, memorable experience.
  • Representing the company's values—ensuring service consistently meets the individual needs of our guests.
  • Assessing the cabin crew's knowledge of emergency procedures—maintaining readiness and compliance.
  • Leading and coordinating the cabin crew—fostering a high‑performing, cohesive team.
  • Ensuring the correct implementation and application of all DC Aviation GmbH regulations and agreements—operational consistency and excellence.
  • Acting as a point of contact for cabin crew and passengers—handling inquiries and concerns with discretion and professionalism.
  • Being accountable to the Captain, Cabin Crew Manager, and Head of Flight Operations—reporting and collaboration at the highest level.
What You'll Bring to the Role.

To succeed in this leadership position, you'll need a combination of experience, skills, and personal qualities that align with our high standards: Fluent in German and English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage. Enjoy working as part of a team while also being able to handle challenges independently. Resilient, flexible, highly committed, and strongly service‑oriented—you thrive in a dynamic environment. Ideally have training or professional experience in gastronomy, hospitality, and/or the aviation sector. At least one year of experience as a Cabin Attendant or Purser under EASA regulations (European flight operations), with your most recent assignment as a Purser under EASA regulations having taken place no more than 3 months ago. Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills—you connect with people from diverse backgrounds.

Employment Type: Full‑time position.

Contract Duration: Initially limited to 18 months.
