Your Role

Operational Leader of the Cabin. As the In-Flight Services Manager, you are the cornerstone of our flight operations, ensuring seamless service and impeccable safety for up to eight distinguished passengers. Your role extends far beyond the flight itself; you will be instrumental in planning, executing, and optimizing every detail. From independently managing gourmet catering to preparing critical audits, you will ensure our premium service standards are met with precision and care. This position blends hands‑on in‑flight leadership with crucial ground‑based coordination, offering a truly comprehensive career in business aviation.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Leading the preparation and delivery of a refined, personalized onboard service.
  • Being the ultimate authority for passenger safety and comfort throughout the journey.
  • Managing pre‑ and post‑flight activities, including cabin readiness and coordination with cleaning services.
  • Independently organizing catering, from menu planning to meal preparation and presentation.
  • Continuously analyzing and optimizing cabin workflows and procedures for maximum efficiency.
  • Providing adept support in ground service operations and acting as a key liaison.
  • Taking full responsibility for audit preparation, ensuring all documentation and processes are impeccably coordinated and compliant.
  • Handling a wide array of administrative and office tasks with a high degree of accuracy and autonomy.
The Profile We Are Looking For

Qualifications
  • Ideally, at least three years of professional experience in a high-level customer service or aviation role.
  • Resilience and flexibility for multi‑day trips (an unrestricted EU passport is required).
  • A talent for quick, organized, and independent decision‑making, with the ability to improvise solutions calmly.
  • Outstanding communication skills, a strong team spirit, and a genuinely customer‑oriented mindset.
  • A meticulous, conscientious work ethic paired with a polished, friendly, and confident demeanor.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative capabilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, very strong English skills, and fluent German (both spoken and written).
  • A valid background check, unrestricted flight fitness, and a current medical certificate (Class 2).
  • A valid Class B driver's licence for flexible mobility to various assignment locations.
