Your mission

• Conduct price negotiations, contract discussions, and delivery date agreements with suppliers.
• Monitor procurement of materials across all parts groups and ensure optimal stock levels.
• Review and approve purchase orders, manage supplier communications, and evaluate and select suppliers.
• Promote a cooperative and efficient working environment.
• Drive continuous improvement through performance reviews and market analyses.
• Negotiate annually with key suppliers to secure favorable terms.
• Maintain long-term, sustainable supplier relationships and monitor market trends regarding prices and new products.
• Provide strategic input on inventory management, product substitution, and sales strategies.

Your profile

• Minimum 5 years of demonstrable purchasing experience, preferably in a management role.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Proven experience in purchasing electronic components.
• Management experience, especially leading teams of up to 10 employees.
• Degree or comparable qualification in business administration, electronics, or related fields.
• Strong technical affinity for processes and products.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal.
• Strategic thinker with strong planning and organizational skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel approximately 10% for business.
