We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Skincare Category & Purchasing Manager (all genders) to join our team of six with diverse personalities, shared core values, and a strong collaborative spirit. You will be a vital part of our team, focusing on the skincare category, dedicated to delivering top skincare brands and trends to our customers.

Your role

1. You will independently manage industry suppliers in the skincare sector.
2. Coordinate, plan, and implement meetings on conditions, brand, and product innovations within your area of responsibility.
3. Serve as an interface between suppliers and internal stakeholders (Category Management, Trade Marketing, Campaign Management) for inquiries.
4. Regularly analyze KPIs to monitor portfolio performance.
5. Collaborate closely with other team members in the Assortment & Purchasing Team.
6. Responsible for brand and trend scouting as well as onboarding new brands and products.

Your profile

1. 3+ years of experience in commercial buying and/or assortment management. A background in beauty is a plus!
2. Fluency in both German and English is required.
3. Familiarity with e-commerce and strong analytical skills to evaluate performance, data & KPI’s, and the ability to make decisions based on them.
4. Proficiency in MS Office/G-Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Tableau is a plus.
5. Proven negotiation skills with suppliers and a track record of successful outcomes.
6. An open, customer-oriented, and friendly, professional communication style.
