1. Drive strategic procurement by consolidating demand across businesses, locations, and projects
2. Develop and implement innovative commodity and negotiation strategies to ensure cost efficiency and supplier competitiveness
3. Lead global price and contract negotiations while managing risk and ensuring contract compliance
4. Strengthen supplier relationships through structured management and engagement with key partners

This is how you'll win us over:

• Master's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Extensive experience in strategic procurement or a related area
• Proficient knowledge of Integrated Circuits (Analog, Opto, Micro and Custom ICs, Wireless Connectivity) and cross-functional purchasing councils
• Proven track record of leading and delivering complex ecosystems within business and SCM functions
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Solid understanding of commercial and contract law related to procurement
• Analytical, solution-oriented, and strategic thinker
• Ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders and C-suite contacts
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
