Job summary

YOUR TASKS

• Creation, processing, and dispatch of purchase orders in SAP
• Creation of supplier records and maintenance of master data in IT systems such as SAP and ARIBA
• Collection of quotations and execution of smaller quotation comparisons
• Follow-up on order confirmations
• Preparation of invoices for suppliers
• Archiving of documents
• Administrative handling of smaller contracts, e.g. non-disclosure agreements, using the contract management tool b.right
• Support for buyers with administrative tasks such as mail distribution, transport requests, access data, mailings, and reports
• Support for purchasing controlling through KPI maintenance
• Assistance in the preparation of documents, e.g. supplier contracts

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Completed commercial apprenticeship
• Initial experience in a purchasing environment is an advantage
• Business fluent in German and English
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office
