Zusammenfassung

AERO HighProfessionals GmbH sucht einen Strategischen Einkäufer (m/w/d) in Hamburg-Finkenwerder. Sie übernehmen Beschaffungsverantwortung, Lieferantenmanagement und Vertragsadministration in der gesamten Supply Chain.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben zählen Lieferantenauswahl, Ausschreibungen, Verhandlungen und die Optimierung von Prozessen. Fließendes Englisch wird erwartet; Deutsch ist von Vorteil.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Bachelor‑Studium, z. B. Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder Internationales Management.
• Erste Berufserfahrung im Einkauf, Lieferantenmanagement, Vertragsmanagement oder in Supply Chain/Logistik.
• Verständnis technischer Zusammenhänge, Fähigkeit komplexe Themen schnell zu analysieren.
• Strukturierte, eigenständige, ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise mit Fokus auf Fristen, Qualität und Geschäftsziele.
• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten für Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern und externen Partnern.
• Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Excel und Word; erste Erfahrungen mit SAP und Google Workspace vorteilhaft.
• Wirtschaftsenglisch erforderlich; Deutsch ist von Vorteil.
• Arbeitszeiten: Vollzeit 35 Stunden pro Woche.

Aufgaben

• Unterstützung der Beschaffungsplanung und Auswahl geeigneter Lieferanten für Galley- und Catering‑Ausstattung.
• Unterstützung bei Ausschreibungen, Vergleich von Lieferantenangeboten und Kostenanalysen.
• Mitwirkung bei Vertragsverhandlungen und Pflege der vertraglichen Unterlagen.
• Lieferantenbeziehungen pflegen und Leistung, Qualität, Logistik sowie termingerechte Lieferung überwachen.
• Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen, Stakeholdern und interdisziplinären Teams.
• Überwachung der Lieferanten, Prozesse und Einhaltung vertraglicher Bedingungen während Entwicklung, Serienproduktion und Service.
• Beiträge zu Prozessverbesserungen zur Effizienzsteigerung im Einkauf und der Supply Chain.

As Strategic Buyer (d/f/m) in Hamburg Finkenwerder, you will take on a responsible procurement role within the cabin equipment sector. Your focus will be on sourcing, supplier management, and contract administration throughout the entire supply chain.

Your tasks:

• You support procurement planning and the selection of suitable suppliers for galleys and catering equipment.
• You assist in tendering activities, compare supplier proposals, and contribute to cost analyses to support sound commercial purchasing decisions.
• You participate in contract negotiations and maintain contractual documentation while coordinating terms and conditions throughout the contract lifecycle.
• In day-to-day operations, you manage supplier relationships and monitor performance, quality, logistics, and on-time delivery.
• You work closely with internal departments, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to align and consolidate requirements effectively.
• Throughout development, serial production, and in-service support phases, you oversee suppliers, processes, and compliance with agreed contractual conditions.
• You contribute to process improvement initiatives, helping to enhance efficiency within procurement and the supply chain.

VORAUSSSETZUNGEN:

• Completed bachelor's degree, for example in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or International Management.
• Initial professional experience in procurement, supplier management, contract management, or within a supply chain or logistics environment.
• Understanding of technical and functional interrelationships, as well as the ability and willingness to quickly analyze complex topics.
• Structured, independent, and results-oriented way of working, with a focus on deadlines, quality, and business objectives.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word; initial experience with SAP and Google Workspace is advantageous.
• Business-fluent English is required; German is considered an asset.
• Working hours: Full-time position with 35 hours per week.
