Overview
PTP Accountant CLH We are looking for a dedicated Accountant to join our CLH PTP within RTR Tower! RTR is a very dynamic department where we pay high attention to train our employees and to let them be ready to take over more demanding tasks. You will have the possibility to learn end-to-end cross-tower processes, develop your knowledge and cooperation skills as well as awareness of accounting complexity.

Responsibilities
- Posting of incoming invoices
- Settlement of receivables and payables
- Handle payment reminders and e-mail communication with suppliers
- Preparing payment run to suppliers
- Active communication with customers and business units in order to ensure a smooth process of payments
- Vendor management
- Monthly/Yearly accruals - posting & dissolving
- Ensuring compliance to internal and external audit requirements
- Keeping documentation for realizing processes updated
- Monthly & yearly closing
- Preparing of reports/statements
- ICS/KPI checks
- Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors
Requirements
- To join us you need the Master/Bachelor degree or at least accomplished 3rd year of studies in economic disciplines
- We highly appreciate minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Payables (Purchase-to-Pay)
- You feel quite confident in speaking English. Your communication, both oral and written, is conducted in a professional manner
- German language knowledge would be an asset for our company
- You feel confident in practice of MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel)
- If you already have the SAP knowledge your introduction will be even more efficient
- Flexibility and adaptability- is well known to you
- You feel good when you cooperate in a team, but when needed, you can also conduct your individual tasks independently
- You understand that it is crucial to work systematically and respond to client and suppliers quickly and efficiently
- Thanks to your highly developed analytical and conceptual mindset, you can easily work with high volume data
