Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled Proposal Writer to craft winning responses for complex bids in the technology space. You will lead RFP/RFI responses, coordinate with sales, engineering, product management, and professional services, and continuously improve the library of standardized inquiries using RFPIO.

Strong writing, editing, and project management skills, plus the ability to work independently in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of marketing/proposal writing experience or Technical Writing with experience in Sales/Marketing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with RFPIO for developing proposals and maintaining library.
• Experience in writing, editing, and producing highly effective sales proposals.
• Significant experience in drafting and completing official RFP/RFI responses.
• Experience articulating company vision and positioning throughout sales documentation.
• Creative problem solver with ability to work independently.
• Experience working in entrepreneurial environment.
• Focused, results-driven temperament.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Excellent organizational, planning and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work across organizational functional boundaries.
