For permanent employment, OHB Digital Connect GmbH in Bremen is looking for a Proposal Manager (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Definition of concepts for products, services and complete ground segments or user segments for Satellites.
• Creating a network of contacts to customers, potential scientific and industrial partners, colleagues within the whole OHB Group.
• Contributing to studies, R&D projects, space system proposals (technical and commercial).
• Preparing activities like scouting for opportunities, identifying and initiating R&D, industrial teaming, budget allocation to tasks.
• Coordinating the creation and writing parts of technical proposals, management proposals, implementation proposals, service proposals.

Your Qualifications

• University degree in Space System Engineering, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related engineering area.
• At least first, preferably profound, professional experience in one of the following areas: system engineering, software development, space system operations, Satcom, project management, business development.
• Capability to present in front of customers and colleagues.
• Motivation to do what is needed to get things done.
• Ability to work independently to gather knowledge and skills required.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with team members.
• Fluency in spoken English and professional in writing (B2), preferably fluency in spoken German and professional in writing (B2).
