To translate complex study requests into compelling, well-structured, and cost-effective proposals that showcase our expertise in DMPK and Toxicology services. Working closely with our scientific, operational, and business teams, you’ll craft customized solutions that meet client needs while driving business growth.

Responsibilities

1. Processing incoming requests for proposals (RFPs) from clients in close interaction with the responsible business development (BD) manager.
2. Participating in technical calls with clients alongside the BD manager and scientific advisors to better understand client needs.
3. Compiling tailored technical proposals including scope, deliverables, cost estimation, payment schedules, and timelines.
4. Performing and coordinating internal review processes of proposals with key stakeholders (BD manager, scientific advisors, accounting, legal).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a scientific, healthcare, or business-related field.
• Sociability, friendly demeanor, and ability to work in a team.
• Structured and result-oriented approach.
• Very good communication skills.
• Assertiveness and high social competence.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and German.
• Experience with MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Willingness to travel to Berlin and Grafing sites.
