Your Responsibilities

• Processing incoming requests for proposals (RFPs) from clients in close interaction with the responsible business development (BD) manager.
• Participating in technical calls with clients alongside the BD manager and subject matter experts/scientific advisors to better understand clients' business needs.
• Compiling tailored technical proposals, including scope, deliverables, cost estimation, payment schedules, and timelines.
• Performing and coordinating internal review processes of proposals with key stakeholders (BD manager, subject matter experts, scientific advisors, accounting, legal).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a scientific, healthcare, or business-related field.
• Sociability, friendly demeanor, and ability to work in a team.
• Structured and result-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Assertiveness and high social competence.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English & German.
• Experience with standard software, especially MS Office (Excel and Word).
