Your Responsibilities:
- Independent and professional management of our logistics and office properties
- Lease management, including monitoring contractual rights and obligations, adjustments, and implementation
- Support with specific questions regarding the proper operation of properties at assigned locations
- Project management and participation in new construction and modernization projects
- Initiating, commissioning, monitoring, and accepting maintenance and renovation measures
- Collaborating with other departments on property-specific issues
About You:
- Completed commercial training as a real estate agent and further qualification as a real estate specialist or economist (m/f/d)
- University degree in real estate management or a technical degree with a focus on real estate
- Several years of experience in managing commercial properties
- Sense of responsibility and negotiation skills
- Good IT skills
- Proficiency in German and English
