Are you passionate about designing scalable smart systems and ready to elevate property operations across multiple markets?

We’re seeking a Centralized Property Manager to own and professionalize our end-to-end property operations. In this cross-functional role, you’ll drive consistency, compliance, and quality across our growing portfolio by developing systems, processes, and standards to ensure every property is guest-ready, well maintained, and operationally excellent, regardless of location. You won’t manage local teams directly but will be the go-to expert and process owner, collaborating closely with country leads, maintenance managers, and central departments to raise the bar on property management and build a scalable foundation for growth.

You will have an impact on:

  1. Designing and implementing scalable processes and SOPs for property onboarding, inspections, compliance, and lifecycle management.
  2. Improving property management systems and tools, including vendor integrations and task tracking.
  3. Defining and maintaining quality and readiness standards across all locations.
  4. Collaborating with Country Leads to support local execution and identify process or training gaps.
  5. Working with Maintenance Leads to develop preventative maintenance protocols and asset plans.
  6. Aligning with Finance and Legal teams to ensure cost control, capex planning, and regulatory compliance.
  7. Tracking and monitoring portfolio health KPIs such as blocked listings, property conditions, and compliance.

  3. Experience with property management systems and operational tech platforms.
  4. Ability to work cross-functionally across countries and teams without direct authority.

  6. Background in building playbooks, SLAs, and vendor frameworks.
  7. A drive to scale systems rather than patch problems.
