Momi is seeking a Property Manager for a long-term assignment in Germany. You will oversee a portfolio of commercial real estate assets on-site, coordinating tenants, landlords, and local stakeholders while managing leases and relationships.

The role requires proven experience in Commercial Property Management, asset management of office/tertiary properties, and strong stakeholder management. German language proficiency and English at B2 level are mandatory.

We are opening a great opportunity based in Germany.

On behalf of one of our clients, a major player in Property Management, we are looking for a Property Manager to take charge of a portfolio of commercial real estate assets in Germany.

Location: Germany (on-site)

Long-term assignment (with possibility of extension)

Main responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial real estate assets in Germany
• Act as the main point of contact for tenants, landlords and local stakeholders
• Coordinate on-site teams, suppliers and service providers
• Manage lease administration and tenant relationships
• Monitor budgets, service charges and operational performance
• Take part in the portfolio takeover phase (audits, site visits, document review)
• Produce regular operational reporting to owners

Profile required

• Proven experience in Commercial Property Management
• Experience managing office or tertiary assets
• Strong lease administration and stakeholder management skills
• Professional English (B2) required
• German required (local language)
• Knowledge of Yardi (or an equivalent software) would be appreciated
