Your Responsibilities

• Supporting management with investment and Capex topics as well as operational performance management
• Participating in annual OP budget planning and reporting processes
• Conducting data analyses and preparing decision templates for top management
• Coordinating travel, including Masterplan and Flight Path reviews
• Serving as focal point in change management (OEP/OEI) and participating in various projects
• Leading projects and further developing existing IT applications, including AI initiatives
• Representing the department in committees and reviews, and monitoring ongoing investment projects

Your Qualifications

• A successfully completed degree in industrial engineering, business administration, or management
• Several years of professional experience in change management, finance, project management, and assistance roles
• Deep knowledge of SAP and skills in Python and Click'n Buy
• Fluent German and English skills
