Job Description

Your responsibilities include:

1. You will lead and manage project teams in the realization of building technology projects within the scope of turnkey construction of school buildings and the revitalization of existing buildings.
2. You will be overall responsible for execution and serve as the point of contact for all HVAC questions in the project.
3. You will support qualified clients and authorities.
4. You will ensure interdisciplinary coordination with all building technology trades.
5. You will be responsible for the tendering and awarding of HVAC trades.
6. You will hold responsibility for the costs and budgets of the building technology trades in the project.

Profile

• A successfully completed degree in civil engineering or a technician's diploma (m/f/d) with a focus on electrical or supply engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in handling building technology systems are advantageous.
• Good technical knowledge in electrical and/or supply engineering.
• Open and goal-oriented communication skills combined with assertiveness and organizational talent.
• Independent and structured work approach combined with entrepreneurial thinking and team spirit.
