You will be fully prepared for your role through a structured onboarding process. With our “business trip carefree package”, we will take care of transfer, flight & accommodation so you can fully focus on your tasks. You will also benefit from our 10/4 rule: 10 days on, 4 days off - giving you plenty of time to relax and recharge your batteries.
No problem – for this position, it doesn’t matter where you live since you’ll be traveling a lot. Your onboarding will take place in Ettlingen, where you’ll get to know our team and your responsibilities. If you wish to move to Ettlingen permanently, we’re happy to support you with a relocation allowance. If you are not yet proficient in German or English, you can take part in language courses free of charge. There is also a subsidy for childcare, because it is important to us that your family feels at home here.
Your salary depends on your qualifications and experience and will be discussed with you personally.
