Location: Dusseldorf

Salary: €80,000 - €110,000 + package / benefits / company car + fuel card (depending on experience)

Job Description:

The Resolute Group is representing an expanding international company seeking an experienced Projektleiter.

This company has multiple offices across Europe and employs over 500 staff. With expertise in design and build projects, you will join an ambitious, quality-driven team.

You will be required to travel nationwide throughout Germany, so flexibility and willingness to travel are essential.

Day-to-day duties may include:

• Technical and organizational responsibility for projects
• Reviewing project fundamentals and instructing construction management accordingly
• Participating in negotiations and meetings with clients and subcontractors
• Serving as the first point of contact for clients
• Ensuring compliance with specifications, quality standards, and legal requirements
• Managing deadlines, schedules, milestones, and final acceptance
• Reviewing cost estimates and overseeing budget adherence

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• 7+ years of professional experience in construction or project management
• Willingness to travel across Germany
• German C1 and English C1 language proficiency
