The Resolute Group is pleased to represent an expanding international company seeking an experienced Projektleiter.

This company has multiple offices across Europe and employs over 500 staff members. With expertise in design and build projects, you will join an ambitious, hardworking team that prioritizes a quality-driven approach.

For this role, you will be required to travel nationwide throughout Germany. Therefore, you must be comfortable and flexible with regular travel to site locations.

Day-to-day duties may include:

• Technical and organizational responsibility for projects
• Reviewing project fundamentals and instructing construction management accordingly, as well as supporting project implementation
• Taking responsibility for technical and organizational aspects of construction management
• Participating in and moderating negotiations and meetings with clients and subcontractors, serving as the first point of contact for clients
• Ensuring compliance with contract specifications, quality standards, and legal requirements
• Managing deadlines, schedules, milestones, and final acceptance procedures
• Reviewing cost estimates
• Overseeing overall costs and ensuring adherence to the budget

Qualifications & Experience Required:
