The Resolute Group is working with an international construction, engineering, and architecture firm based in Dusseldorf, specializing in building construction across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Salary: €80,000 - €110,000 + package/benefits/company car + fuel card (experience dependent)

Job Description:

We are representing an expanding international company seeking an experienced Projektleiter. With multiple offices across Europe and over 500 employees, this firm specializes in design and build projects. You will join a dedicated, quality-driven team.

This role requires nationwide travel across Germany; candidates must be flexible and comfortable with regular site visits.

Day-to-day duties may include:

• Technical and organizational responsibility for projects
• Reviewing project fundamentals and guiding construction management accordingly
• Participating in negotiations and meetings with clients and subcontractors; acting as the first point of contact for clients
• Ensuring compliance with specifications, quality standards, and legal requirements
• Managing deadlines, schedules, milestones, and final acceptance processes
• Reviewing cost estimates and overseeing budget adherence

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• 7+ years of experience in construction or project management
• Willingness to travel nationwide across Germany
• German proficiency at C1 level and English at C1 level

Note: German language skills at a professional level are mandatory for this role.
