We are looking for a professional to operate Value Cases across Agentic AI or Process Innovation streams, managing the full lifecycle from idea intake to PoC, pilot, scale, and sustainment. The ideal candidate will identify high-impact use cases across customer-facing and internal operations, translate business priorities into clear portfolio and roadmap, and maintain a transparent backlog aligned to KPIs and value targets.

Responsibilities

• Operate Value Cases across Agentic AI or Process Innovation streams
• Manage full lifecycle from idea intake to PoC, pilot, scale, and sustainment
• Identify high-impact use cases across customer-facing and internal operations
• Translate business priorities into clear portfolio and roadmap
• Maintain transparent backlog aligned to KPIs and value targets
• Lead end-to-end solution delivery including requirements, integration, and testing
• Ensure responsible AI, data privacy, and security guardrails
• Ensure stable handover into operational teams
• Align HQ and country stakeholders across diverse markets
• Run steering committees and manage risks & dependencies
• Ensure timely decisions with data-backed updates and decision papers

Qualifications

• 6+ years in innovation and project/program management within enterprise or transformations
• Proven end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled solutions in operational contexts
• Strong cross-country stakeholder management and scaling experience
• Proficient in agile and traditional project management methodologies
• Experience with C-level communications and decision materials
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
• Curious, pragmatic, and execution-oriented mindset
• Degree in Business, Technology or related field
