COMPANY SUMMARY

i3 Health is a continuing medical education company whose mission is to enhance the proficiency of the interprofessional healthcare team by providing evidence-based, fair-balanced CME/NCPD/CPE-approved activities that address identified professional practice gaps and unmet educational needs. The staff of i3 Health collectively has decades of experience developing CME/NCPD/CPE-approved activities for physician, physician assistant, pharmacist, and nurse audiences. We partner with key opinion leaders, academic/research institutions, professional societies, peer-reviewed journals, and social media platforms to develop and deliver the most innovative educational programming in healthcare.

JOB SUMMARY

This is a remote position. In order to be considered, applicants must reside in one of the following locations: NJ, Eastern PA, Southern NY, DE, CT

The Projects Coordinator works under the guidance and direction of the Program Manager. This position is responsible for providing administrative, project management, and marketing support across educational activities.

The Projects Coordinator provides ongoing, proactive support for the faculty, institutions, meeting planners, and vendors we work with. This individual is accountable as the company’s first point of contact for some of the key stakeholders in our educational activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Recruiting academic institutions/cancer centers to host educational activities
  • Recruiting/scheduling faculty speakers
  • Building and retaining relationships with faculty, institutions, and vendors
  • Managing meeting logistics (faculty logistics and confirmation, mailing list requests, coordinating with site contacts/local meeting planners)
  • Booking faculty travel arrangements
  • Coordinating virtual meeting logistics
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to ensure the timely and successful delivery of project deliverables
  • Processing expense reports
  • Organizing conference calls and webinars
  • Pre- and post-program organization and follow-up
  • Documenting activity updates to be provided to supporters
  • Maintaining i3 Health databases and spreadsheets
  • Traveling to and providing support at live activities/conferences as necessary
  • Creating and updating internal documents (PowerPoint, Word, etc)
  • Interfacing with external vendors as needed
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Other related duties as assigned

Commitment:

Full-time salaried
Occasional travel is required
