For our location in Parsdorf bei München, we are currently looking for a

Sales Cluster Lead: Leading and developing the sales cluster in collaboration with senior management, ensuring sales strategies align with broader company goals.

Optimizing sales processes by implementing best practices and enhancing sales tools.

Collaborating closely with departments such as R&D, Controlling, and Production.

Monitoring and reporting project progress and results to the PMO and management.

Driving change in collaboration with PMO members and project leaders, beyond the execution of measures.

Supporting initiative leaders in de-risking, accelerating impact realization, and achieving measurable results.

Job Requirements

7+ years of professional experience in project management, preferably in a PMO or similar role, ideally within mechanical engineering or a related industry, with experience in KraussMaffei is a plus.

Proven success in driving sales strategies and process improvements to enhance sales performance.

Strong financial reporting and data analysis skills, with an understanding of root causes and P&L impact at the driver level.

A degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable qualification.

High initiative, responsibility, and excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical skills, with experience in sales performance management, forecasting, and CRM systems.

High acceptance among stakeholders within KraussMaffei, including successful implementation results.

A mature personality that balances change management with operational support to colleagues within critical constraints.
