Job description / Your role:Serve as the responsible project manager for customer programs, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and quality expectationsTake a leading role in preparing technical and commercial proposals for customer projectsManage the planning and scheduling of projects, including allocation of resources, budgeting, and timeline control in accordance with established project management standardsAssume full ownership of assigned projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standardsTake responsibility for the risk management according to space standardsCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including customer-facing documents and internal reportsPlan, host, and manage internal and external project reviews to monitor progress and ensure stakeholder alignmentSupervise and guide project team members, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and collaboration within the dedicated project teamJoin us in shaping the future of space technology, as we move from single-piece manufacturing to scalable, industrial production. University degree (or equivalent) in engineering or a related fieldRelevant professional experienceHands-on experience with hardware testing according to space standards in one or more of the following domains: thermal vacuum, mechanical, or EMCProficiency in handling technical requirements (writing, reviewing, and interpreting)Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skillsBasic understanding of requirements engineeringExperience in test data post-processing and interpretationFluency in English (written and spoken)Bonus Qualifications:
