We are currently seeking a dedicated Project Technician / Techniker (m/w/d) Building Automation in Böblingen, Germany, to strengthen our team.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate closely with the operations team and project managers
2. Maintain and commission control systems and plant components in building automation and security technology
3. Program MSR automation systems, access control, video surveillance
4. Implement DDC programs
5. Adjust necessary plant parameters
6. Conduct advanced system analyses and optimize systems
7. Troubleshoot and resolve malfunctions
8. Clarify technical conditions considering customer requirements
9. Optimize energy usage of existing systems considering daily operations
10. Customer support and ensuring system availability

Your Profile:

1. Preferably an electrical technician/master or a completed vocational training in electrical engineering with relevant experience
2. Experience in building technology (HVAC), programming or commissioning MSR systems, MSR control strategies, and integrating various bus systems in building automation (. BACnet) is advantageous
3. Good PC and network skills
4. Confident demeanor, good communication skills, and a strong customer-service orientation
5. Team spirit, commitment, and flexibility
6. Valid driver's license class B
7. Excellent German language skills, good English skills are a plus
