Job Summary:
These are your tasks:
- Coordinate and delegate tasks between CSA Operations staff, international partners, agencies, regulators, and customers to achieve project objectives. Respond to customer inquiries regarding European CE marking and related technical and regulatory requirements.
- Respond to inquiries concerning CE marking for products exported to the European Union and other European Economic Area countries, covering technical and regulatory aspects.
- Plan, direct, and coordinate GMA CE marking projects, ensuring they meet customer needs, are completed within timeframes, budgets, and regulatory standards. Activities include defining project scope, estimating costs and timelines, identifying applicable directives and standards, providing engineering inputs for testing, arranging testing services, customizing reports, reviewing test reports, and ensuring compliance and proper documentation.
- Stay updated on CE marking requirements, regulations, and guidelines; maintain a database of this information; inform internal staff about country-specific deviations and requirements.
- Conduct training sessions for customers, staff, and international partners to ensure process consistency and technical competence. Develop training materials covering regulatory and procedural requirements.
- Review and update CE marking processes and procedures to ensure service quality and consistency.
What we expect:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience (minimum 5 years) in the compliance industry.
- At least 2 years experience with EU Directives, CENELEC Standards, and IEC standards.
- Proficiency in English; bilingual skills are an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in team settings.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Flexibility in scheduling and time management.
- Ability to manage complex projects and innovate processes.
