Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a logistics coordination specialist to assist with receiving, dispatching, and tracking materials for delivery across multiple sites. You will work closely with drivers and a centralized LMS team to ensure timely arrivals and accurate paperwork, while upholding safety standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a relevant field, 2+ years of logistics experience, and strong project management skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in project management or logistics.
• Experience in transportation and logistics environment is preferred.
• Familiar with coordinating and troubleshooting receiving/loading of transport assets.
• Strong project management skills with planning, execution and evaluation of projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with project management software (Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana).
• Fluent in English (oral and written).

• Assist in the timely receiving, dispatching, control, and visibility of materials received into the KIC and North Slope sites for final delivery across the East – West ice Road.
• Actively promote a culture of health and safety and participate in safety reviews and progress meetings.
• Daily communication & coordination with the LMS Traffic & Logistics Specialist in Anchorage on the anticipated arrival of trucks.
• Meet truck drivers arriving on site and collect paperwork.
• Undertake periodical stock takes (scanning) to update locations of materials.

Requirements
