Responsibilities
  1. Project Ownership: Manage projects from quotation to invoicing and payments.
  2. Customer Management: Act as the main contact for clients, managing the entire sales cycle with a consultative approach.
  3. Order Management: Process orders in SAP, coordinate delivery and shipping, and handle order adjustments.
  4. Internal Collaboration: Work with Production, Finance, Quality, and Logistics departments.
  5. Data Management & Documentation: Maintain accurate sales data and documentation.
  6. Representation: Represent the company to clients, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or similar; or relevant apprenticeship with additional qualifications.
  • Experience in project management and/or technical sales in an industrial setting.
  • Excellent English and German skills; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with SAP SD or similar ERP systems.
  • Empathetic, communicative, ambitious, proactive, and structured personality.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally internationally.
