A leading company seeks a Project Sales Engineer/Manager to maximize growth in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. This role involves building relationships, managing key accounts, and developing sales strategies. For our client – a global industrial equipment design and manufacturing company – we are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Project Sales Engineer / Manager .
About the Role
Your role will be to maximize company growth in Germany, Austria and Switzerland (for defined Key and strategic accounts). In this role, you will be working with key accounts and building long-term sustainable relationships to develop our sales business strategy. You will be leading a proactive sales approach to meet our Annual Operating Plan for Projects / systems business in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You will be responsible for acquiring new business opportunities with new and existing customers to meet ambitious business growth plans. You will have a strong market and customer focus and be able to translate this into clear business strategies to generate growth, working proactively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met or exceeded.
